Delivery
I send items by a ‘tracked, fully insured’ delivery service (normally Evri or Royal Mail). The cost of this to most UK addresses is £5.
But I’ll advise of any supplement required (because of, eg, the destination postcode or the parcel’s value), when an order is placed.
Items usually arrive within 3 – 4 business days of posting.
Refunds
I hope that your purchase will be just right for you. However if it isn’t – for any reason – you may cancel your order. Please do so, in writing, at any time between:
[i] the day you place the order and
[ii] the 14th day from your receipt of the item.
Please return it to me (at your own expense), unworn & unused and enclosing its original packaging & labelling, within 14 days of receiving it.
I’ll refund the full purchase price within 14 days of its arrival here.
Exemptions:
(i) No refund can be given for an item which is ‘customised‘ for you in any way – for example by size, or by choice of fabric combination;
(ii) Overseas Buyers: only the cost of the item will be refunded (ie not the p&p element). Don’t buy if this isn’t acceptable to you.
